Here is the list of the Puncah Serah/Sera/Serak Gurus recognized by Pendekar Victor De Thouars and Maha Guru Horacio Rodriguez:


Ustad Guru Dan Inosanto  Marina Delrey California
Ustad Guru Dan Inosanto, founder and Head Master of Inosanto Academy, also teaches Silat at his Academy and Silat Serah to a special few.
Many Asian Martial Arts are tought at his Academy where he gives personal attention, he trains and progress many who come to train. Dan Inosanto is one of three instructors under the late Sifu Bruce Lee in Jun Fan Gung Fu and Jeet Kune Do (and the only one still live).
A Pioneer for Silat in the Usa, he is now promoting and propagating Pukulan Pencak Silat Serah in his Academy and many of his weekly seminars.
Pendekar Victor De Thouars would like to tell “my gracious thanks to Guru Dan, my brother, for he tought me and set the example in how to empty the cup and how to be a life long student of the Martial Arts”

Ibu Jane De Thouars
       No greater joy can anyone have is to see Ibu Jane expertise with the system of Serah. She has helped so many people to understand the system. Besides an excellent teacher in Serah she is also a great teacher in Aikido. The VDT academy and its daily operation is attributed to her hard work, while she find the time in Video cast making hardcopies of Videos for long distant students and also her expertise with the science of Serak Belajar.
She served in the US Army in one of the last group of Womans Army Corp – WAC for ten years
Ibu Jane is also a great editor for all the training film, and her experience in Cinematography is well noted in the many of public Videos she produced. Ibu Jane is also a Equine Trainer, mainly Welsh Ponies
Guru Karl Bolz       Charlotte, North Carolina:

     Loyalty and Honour is what this longtime Practitioner of Serah® has in his spirit, were others from his group fell by the wayside Karl Bolz did not waiver although much adversity in his way. As the years pass and as of the writing of this book now, that Loyalty and Honour has been cast and will stay as a written record for time to come.
     For Pendekar Victor De Thouars the knowledge that has compiled within the spirit of this great teacher of Serah® and his ability to teach others in the right manner as the “Pusat” way, years to come will be a testimony, as his students will be recognizable.
     He makes North Carolina his home and progresses the system with always a fresh approach as of he just began the journey of Pak Sera. Anyone learning from him will gain much value for any time that will pass in personal as well instruction received.
    
Guru Marco Bellani, ITALY, Venice
He is recognized Guru,Guro or Master in different Martial Arts as Kali-Arnis-Eskrima, Close Combat, Knife Fighting and Traditional Italian Fancing, but his first love for Martial Arts is Silat. After a long research he was lucky to start to study Serak-Puncah Serah directly under Pendekar Victor De Thouars and with the support of his “old brother” Jean-Yves Pernot. He started to organized since 2012 in Italy an annual European Puncah Serah Camp with Pendekar Victor De Thouars and Ibu Jane to promote the Art of Puncah Serah and to support the grow of a new Puncah Serah legacy in Europe under the Pendekar Victor De Thouars and Maha Guru Horacio Academy
He was incoronated Guru with a wonderful ceremony by Pendekar Victor De Thouars in Venice in May 2016

Proud heritage from the French, that is also that which embodied the lineage from The “deThouars” family. Jean Yves Pernot studied different Martial Arts and also Kali-Arnis-Eskrima, but he is very devoted in the Art of Puncah Serah that he started to study directly under Pendekar Victor De Thouars in the 2000s. He trained also with Maha Guru Horacio Rodriguez and since 2012 he helped the grow of an European Pucah Serah Group with his Italian friend Marco Bellani.
He continue to teach Serah/Serak in France-Paris but also support the others European groups

he is studing with Maha Guru Horacio since 2010 and helped him to promote the true Art of Serak in Thailand
PG Kiley Alba Hilo Hawaii:
Inescapable traditions practice is one of the Strictest attributes of the Hawaiian Warrior,
This brings the Big Islands of Hawaii under the structure that always be USA’s most South Western Point. The Big Islands has special meanings for Pendekar Victor De Thouars, because for it is there that the last of the “de Vries” legacy Pak Vic’s second mother was rested down.

Lt COLONEL Tim Martin, Serah Coach   Fort Carson Colorado – US Army:
When CPT Tim Martin was the Commander for his area of responsibility, one day during week he had all of his men choose, between PT or Martial skills training. All voted for the Martial Skills Training: SPS = Silat Puncah Serah
Were that occurred was in Colorado Springs in the State of Colorado. Since then he moved to California were he has been assigned to function at a different level. Regardless were this Army Warrior may be at this time, it has always been an honor to have worked with this hard working and honorable man. Because of his care, many will follow him into battle when required.

PG. Todd Herrara    Northern California:
PG Todd Herrara is a senior student in Pukulan Pencak Silat Serah, but he is also a Pendekar Victor De Thouars private student in the Ancient Trade of Forging Pamour (Indonesian damascus) Blades.  Choosing the correct Steel for Pamur and precise Heat Treating is very important an key to success.

PG Ron Raflowitz      Florida:
PG Ron Raflowitz was one of the original builders of Denver International Airport . He started to call Pendekar Victor De Thouars for Silat Classes in 1982, and studied Serak, Silat Tongkat and ODF/ODT

PG Charlie White Texas:
He is a Western Cowboy, an honest man with honorand respect. He studied Serah with Pendekar since the 90s
